Btw the big car monopolies are already freaking out. Volkswagen just took huge L in profit drop precisely because Chinese stopped buying their cars, and Stellantis leased their factory in Tychy (Poland) to Chinese company Leapmotors and model T03 is already produced there, bypassing all the restrictions.
And China hasn’t even started doing any serious retaliatory tariffs on the EU.
