I’m always baffled how pointless that subreddit is. Almost every question asked there barely requires any math. Usually it’s just look up two numbers and then do one basic operation. Or even worse, questions that aren’t even answered by math at all.
In this case, just search “inflation calculator,” enter the start and end date, and enter the amount. No math needed, just a little bit of effort.
You could also try ChatGPT if that’s your jam, but honestly, it’s probably the same amount of effort.
