Also, if you stumble across any Romanian store, ask them if they got mici meat. They’re basically sausage without the membrane. You fry them on the barbecue and eat them with mustard and optionally with a beer on the side :)

Additionally, you can also cook some sarmale, mămăligă or papanași really easily.

Yoghurt that they make out of this poor Balkan man is very tasty when combined with garlic.
