Yup, make their own community on Lemmy and they can also join us over here for non-IC discussions.

Edit: I can also make one then take over once it’s created. Para post na lang gagawin nila. Baka intimidated lang sila sa platform, haha.

Kaya naman pala. Who’s going to post if the redditors don’t care, though?

Edit: Screw it, gawa ako mamaya. We could use that 25k members to boost Lemmy.

Eri Neeman’s jokes are usually corny and repetitive. Puros na lang mga kalbo variations and about his strict wife. But this one, I admit, was funny.

LMAO, the Taliban endorses Twitter over Threads - LINK

Two Taliban officials even bought blue verification check marks after Musk started selling them in January.

Zuckerberg is clearly the Mullah Omar of this situation,” Shabanian said, referring to the founder of the Taliban and previous ruler of Afghanistan… “You may not like him, but at least you know what you’re getting. And it’s uniform across platforms and districts. Unlike going with Musk, who represents a lawless, profit-driven society. Musk is all balls, no shaft, as the ancient Armenian proverb goes.

Aram Shabanian, some OSINT dude (open source intelligence aka publicly availavle info) dropping some 🔥 lmao

The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) has allowed the screening of the movie “Barbie” in the Philippines as it found “no clear nor outright depiction of 9-dash line” in the film.

“The Board believes that all things considered, it has no basis to ban the film ‘Barbie’ as there is no clear nor outright depiction of the nine-dash line in the subject film,” MTRCB said in its letter to Sen. Francis Tolentino, who sought the banning of the film.

Haven’t gamed in a long time from work and school. Bought God of War on Sunday (was cheaper in GMG than Steam) and played 5 hours straight. Feels good.

Kapag may sipon/ubo kayo, nageexercise ba kayo?

    Anyway, good morning!

Eh, I’d avoid going to the gym, but for slightly different reasons:

      • nakakahiya yung maya’t-maya sisinga ako o uubo, tapos hahawak sa gym equipment.
      • i assume that my immune system is compromised at that time, and so going to a place where I’d regularly be around stuff that might have had bodily fluids ehh, mejo questionable sa akin.

Kung sa bahay lang naman though, I think it’s best to proceed carefully and err on the side of caution–if you do elect to do any exercise at all.

Outdoors, na lakad-lakad?‌‌ I think it’s just fine. I’d probably do half of what my normal routine would be though.

Usually sasabihin magpahinga talaga. Ok lang ung walking.

Depending on the intensity of the training, recovering from the training may take away from recovering from a disease.

    Planning out my itinerary

Mukhang lagpas sa budget 🥹 bawas tayo, balik ako next month, cross my heart. Going on adventures and activities is fun but yeah, I need to chill a little baka di ko mamalayan wala na akong pera.

Anyway. It’s physical training time (serious version) kailangan ko ng lakas for the next trip 😆 it’s nice to have a goal in this aspect, honestly. It gets really boring kapag yung usual lang. It’s like I now have an end game of sorts. Woohoo 🎉

A lot of it involves thrilling sports. Definitely medyo pricey to very pricey yung lessons. Buti na lang talaga may trabaho ako.

Not really the most insane po but yeah…

Hulaan nyo po sino yung busog that day. 🤸🏻

      alcohol…

worst was after our sisters wedding… nag simula kaming 18 na tao natapos nang 5-6 na lang… nakaubos kami ng >18 bottles of bilog…

nung patapos na daw, ang halo na ay dalawang bilog sa isang pitsel… di ako alam panu ako nakatulog, panu ako nakarating sa tutulugan, na sumaka ako sa isang kwarto at nilipat sa isang kwarto kung saan ako nagising… may mga picture pa kami bago natapos… and i was laughing and looks like were having fun… 100% wont recommend…

Climbing Mt. Ugo, I guess? When we got back, I thought sitting down on a jeep for the short ride back to town hall would be sweet… but it instead gave me the worst cramps ever. The veins on my legs were bulging out.

Argh, may experience din ako na ganito. I thought Converse shoes (Jack Purcells) fit TTS, yun pala you need to size up kasi narrow at matigas yung dulo. Going home was a nightmare.

I went through this super stupid diet once to win a bet to lose 20 pounds in a month. I won, but that month was rough. I think I was eating maybe less than 1000 calories a day.

      • Alcohol. I was drunk since I was 17 and begun my teetotalism in 2019.

      • Juices (canned or powdered) and milk (low fat, fresh, or any kind). Ito na naman replacement ko sa alcohol. Bwisit!

I was dared to drink half-a-gallon of gin pomelo (matapang ang pagkakatimpla though) during a party. At that time, I’ve already have had way too much to drink.

I downed it in under a minute, and then jumped into the nearby pool to cool myself off. I remember having been underwater for at least thirty seconds before surfacing to catch my breath.

Good thing di ako nagsuka sa mismong pool, hahahaha!

I remembered, just now, that time I almost didn’t eat anything for a month. First two weeks, I just subsisted on crackers. Then the final two to three weeks, just water. I couldn’t wear my pants without belts after that. Also, for a few days after that stunt, I couldn’t eat more than a few spoonfuls of food at a time.

Di naman ganun kalala I think, pero during nung Sophomore year in HS, may need akong tapusing video project. 30 hours straight no sleep mula pagimport ng files sa PC hanggang pasahan. Kaya ako tumagal kasi kinailangan ko pang mag-aral kung pano magedit at nagvoice over pa ako. Doing it on a Pentium 3 desktop with stock everything was a big mistake, too.

I have it enabled here in lemmy.world. It doesn’t work the same way as most sites where you’re provided a QR code or a setup key. It’s just a link which needs to be opened directly with a 2fa app. I tried setting it up on my phone and it automatically added the site to my 2fa app.

I have it, too. It redirects to an 2FA app installed on your smartphone if you’re browsing Lemmy on mobile.
