The national bird of Denmark is the Mute Swan.
Australia doesn’t seem to have an official national bird, but I’d put up an emu, and especially a cassowary, against a Swan any day of the week.

Emus have won a war, and cassowaries are basically living raptors
Both are regarded in the top 6 most dangerous birds in the world.
So, no I haven’t been chased by an angry swan, but would happily do so vs going up against an angry emu or cassowary.
