If I understood the situation correctly, the artist was trying to answer this question: What would Jesus, Who is known to reach out to the “lepers” of the society, do in a drag event if He were physically among us?
How would you answer that question? If you’re gay (and maybe Catholic), I hope you won’t imagine Jesus hating on the community for your own good.
