The actual “event” that unlocked these decorations has already passed, but if you set the console’s internal clock to any day between the 3rd and 17th of February 2024 and boot up your game, you will still find the chest next to your totem. You do not need to separately download anything if you’re on the latest patch, and everything is free of charge ;)
