Since my nether fortress farm has already produced a fair amount of wither skeleton skulls and I had no use for them, I decided to just turn them into beacons and put them in the recourse center. But then I had an idea: Why not make it more interesting?

So… 7 beacons are now hidden in the city. They are in places where you can go without having to mine any blocks. Have fun trying to find them all. The finder can keep their found beacons (just maybe don’t take them more than what you need). Reminder that you can mine them without a pickaxe/tool.
