Bomb threat to schools and my first guess is a student trying to cancel an exam.
1300 at once though?
With text to speech and VoIP, mass threats are within the grasp of a script kiddie.
Better yet, this was done by sending e-mails to schools.
But I guess this wasn’t a student. Compiling that e-mail list must have taken ages. Too much effort.
