My setup is quite similar, I currently have my tv disconnected from the network and stream via another device. What I would like to achieve is to use the tv capabilities to play my local streams, as I don’t use cloud streaming services, but I would need to connect it to the network.
I may look into setting a non-internet routed vlan and access point, so I can connect the tv to the network but not to internet, althought it may later become cumbersome as I would need to update the Jellyfin or Kodi apps
Yes. As I implied, my local arrchives are streamed via jellyfin
It needs more cowbell
I went with a fanless solution, the Slimbook Zero, if that fits your taste.
New recruitment process, who this?
Re-nope
I am not sure if your usecase can be fulfilled with dristrobox
, it may be worth to try
Flatpaks and Snaps are supposed to replace native distro packaging, in order to be distro agnostic (you could run it on any distro), the issue with Snaps is that it depends on Canonical’s mood and it is Ubuntu “native”, whereas Flatpak is way more used elsewhere.
There is AppImages as well, but it used to a lesser extent.
He is a mix of Ernst Stavro Blofeld and Elliot Carver.
Please, bring back Jaws
Not really sure why, I’ve never liked sodastream as brand, so I usually discard them as option.
I’ve been trying FruttaMax syrups, and just now I’ve found they make a cola flavored one, so I will try
Also, looking for this yesterday, I found ElevenFit for flavouring, but they deliver as powder instead of syrup. They seem to do the packaging within my region, so I will definitely try it soon even when I am not too inclined to use powdered products.
It would be great to get the syrup and mix at home, is there any company selling cola flavored syrup?
At current pace, I wonder what you could do with a spear and a club from the future
It depends on the specifics of the install script, it could be it called to directly download and install the binaries (no packaging), or it ran a set of validations then download and install a native package (.deb in this case).
