        Honestly I don’t like wine to start with. Crucify me, I guess - although I suppose I’ve only had it the barbarian way (undiluted).

        On your title, were Punic people known for a lot of food taboos? Given their common origin with Iudea I guess that would make sense.

          Not to my knowledge, but the Romans stereotyped Punics as cowardly (amongst other vices, because Romans loved slander), so I took on the shame of Punic-ness for my lack of bravery 😔
