I prefer to hope the person who made this is just a crappy writer who desperately tried to find a way to make us think they were talking to a girl first and couldn’t think of another way of describing rejection. (I fear that’s not the reason, and that you’re right, but I live in hope)
“every girl says they don’t have feelings” is such a weird way to admit you don’t ever listen to any girls.

Or perhaps english is not their first language and they really meant “feelings for me”.
To overthink it properly, I now prefer the theory that it’s a parody of the way nice guys write.
“Don’t have feelings… for you…”
