Zig vs Rust. Which one is going to be future?
I think about pros and cons and what to choose for the second (modern) language in addition to C.
I think we’ll see both stick around. Rust is safer due to a combination of borrow checking, and the expressive type system. Zig might be faster to write due to not requiring borrow checking, and having a looser type system. It’s a matter of preference and circumstance which is better for a given situation.
