Didn’t the Republican senators/house members decide to vote against a border protection bill just to spite the other side? That’s not compromising.
The guy who initially authored the bill voted against it so he wouldn’t have to give the Democrats a win. That’s where we’re at.
And it worked. It successfully made Biden look bad…somehow. The voters are just stupid and evil, theres no other explanation anymore
Or republicans compromised on losing an immigration bill to win the presidency.
