Contrary to the lies in the tweet, congestion pricing is not dead. From this article, for example:
Trump has expressed an intention to revoke that is represented in the Transportation secretary’s letter saying he would “discuss the orderly cessation of toll operations”, though yes, it’s still in effect, and the MTA is challenging the pending revocation with a very strong case
This is what I came here for. Like states rights let alone this a metro law, he has no standing rights to even think about this. I dont even think that the money is going to the feds in any way, so this is just outright overreach. Are the tolls still being collected or did they stop at the booths even tho the law still stands?
