Kentucky: 4-6% Texas: NONE Delaware: 8.7% (It’s complicated) 50% of all publicly traded companies in the U.S. and almost 70% of all Fortune 500 companies — are incorporated in Delaware
As a non USAer I must ask; Texas is where they can get easy tax breaks right?
