    hmm, i agree in principle, but where i’m at in so cal, large trees are often considered as extra maintenance, since you’ll have to pay around $500 getting it trimmed each year to not interfere w the power lines, and then anything they drop is basically a firehazard as well, and then plumbing and structural issues to sidewalks and streets as they get larger which the city loves to get involved in, i do get why cheap property managers love to get rid of them
