Varusteleka is a Finnish company that sells military surplus as well as their own apparel. It’s all made in Finland and Estonia, and they have high ethics throughout the process.

Somewhat of an international brand from Finland that I like is the Luhta brand. Can recommend their winterwear atleast.

Edit: it was recently posted here, but for shoes I got myself Austrian Waldviertler shoes and absolutely love them. Very durable and I like the style.
