Because Elmo is pressuring the reddit admins to censor anything negative about him. Probably using that same system that was punishing anyone that upvoted the name or anything related to Luigi because it was “violent content” or whatever. Seriously, if you look at the front page of reddit there is almost nothing about Elmo, and whatever is there disappears after a few hours.
