    I’m a little confused at this line:

    Oregonians can see that Oregon’s version isn’t working. Open fentanyl use is visible in communities across the state, especially in Portland.

    The fact someone uses in the open means that the decriminalization law is failing? That assertion seems like a massive leap in logic.

      People who don’t like drugs make that leap. Same people will make the logic to connect homelessness to drugs.
