To echo some other comments, everyone gets old. I have many comrades that are up there in age, people don’t change their view/principles/morals/etc just because they became older.

I would ask more thoughts on what happens when a leader or representative begins to suffer from health problems that affect their ability to perform the duties of their position.

I’m in favour of being able to recall elected representatives and I feel like a situation similar to the above is a democratic way of approaching the problem.
