Chef put in about 10x too much, but maybe we don’t know how deep that pot is. I say give it its day in court before we start thowibg around words like 'crime" or “inhumane”

To be fair, the ratio of milk chocolate (15%) to dark chocolate (80%) works out to about 70% cocoa.
