Literally my workplace. But please ignore the bonuses, raises, and luxury trips we’re still doling out to the sales department. Now get back to work, you engineering scum!

Sometimes I think I should’ve gone into sales, if for anything the perks. But then I remember that I hate people, especially other salespeople, so, shit.

I tried to enter into the HVAC salesforce seeing as I’m a licensed tech. But they don’t want someone who actually know what they are talking about.

Sure, If you compare it with single malts. But for a blended whiskey it’s pretty good.

That’s literally the deal I did with my boss. They couldn’t “afford” to pay me more because the investor wanted more money. So I negotiated a 15% cut in my work hours for the same wage.

The time will come. Only few at falling for the false promises of communism anymore and the fight against inhuman capitalism is gaining momentum, slowly but surely. I’m telling my daughter (20yo) when she is an old woman, she’ll witness the starting 1qdownfall of it and the earliest beginning of the waking up process of mankind. Sadly it’s painfully slow, mostly because the rich and powerful do ANYTHING to remain the status quo, but nothing and nobody can stop change, just the question, where it leads… There older I get, the more optimistic I become, that the good will prevail.

Just quit. If you dont than you accept it and are a part of the problem. Companies always try to reduce cost wherever they can, its up to you or the workforce in general (unions) to set boundries.

Yeah, okay, and then what? I have bills to pay, food to buy, medical costs to cover. Sorry, but not all of us can just up chuck and leave because we don’t want to be part of the system; most of us literally can’t afford that luxury.
