The “not” just shows that it is embarrassing for oop (see also the crying emoji). Imagine oop covering their face with their hands and saying “oh no! Not this! Not my family getting these notifications!”

It’s slang grammar. The family are getting the notifications.
The “not” just shows that it is embarrassing for oop (see also the crying emoji).
