Why would you have to write in Joe Biden?
It’s so anti-Trump voters will waste their votes instead of voting for Haley.
He’s declined to be on the ballot because the DNC wanted to change the primary order and now the first in the nation NH primary is “unsanctioned”
He’s not campaigning here. Wants South Carolina to go first.
