    Report all those churches to the IRS. As soon as a church espouses support for a political candidate, they lose tax exempt status.

    The whole concept of “Christian Nationalism” just confuses me. I’m not a religious person, so that’s probably it, but isn’t there that whole “love thy neighbor” concept? These people seem to be filled with hate

      When you have a religion whose text is a collection of writings from many authors over the course of many centuries, and especially given that it is made up, there is going to be enough wiggle room for people to make the religion whatever they want it to be.

      Religion doesn’t make the person. The person makes the religion.

      Those two words are mutually exclusive. Christians should not be involved in politics at all… and yet, many are. This will not go well for them, in the end.
