      Federal minimum wage hasn’t moved in fifteen years either. Frank Lucas, the subject of the quote, voted against raising it in 2019.

      Last year [2018], data from the Census Bureau showed 1 in 6 Oklahomans lived below the poverty line of $24,600 for a family of four before taxes.
