The translation is welcome, however the use case is slightly different.

You’ll most commonly hear 欢迎光临 spoken by retail staff towards customers when visiting stores and the like. It’s similar to いらっしゃいませ/irasshaimase in Japanese. The guanglin is lit. ‘approaching light’, like ‘your esteemed presence’.

It would probably be more appropriate to just say 欢迎! And if you wanted to soften it, you’d repeat i.e. 欢迎欢迎. If you wanted to be formal, you could say 欢迎你/您的到来 (huan1ying2 ni/nin3 de dao4lai2).

欢迎 can also be used as a transitive verb, for e.g.
