There are now four unions under Microsoft

For those that don’t know, I helped organize this union! The feeling is indescribable, and easily the proudest moment of my life. We won!

    Good job! I’ve been a member of Nava United since before we were recognized, and we just ratified our first contract. Stand strong in bargaining! Hope I meet some members of your union at Labor Notes in April!
