Please read my thread, which says this, but I’m still getting responses that sound worried.
Via Norm Eisen:
Some are wrongly reporting that Trump’s call to Ratffensperger was thrown out. No! It remains as part of the Rico conspiracy—namely Act 112.

I don’t know if I’m fluent enough in legalese to explain but AFAIK, “thrown out” is an oversimplification. McAfee dismissed the charges because the language wasn’t specific enough re: what part of their oath was violated. He left the door open to refile the charges with more specific language.@[email protected] That’s all in my thread.

Sorry. That’s one of the things I don’t like about Mastodon. No quote link to your original thread which is probably 40-59 posts down that I won’t get to for an hour.@[email protected] Ugh, I hear ya.

Sorry I jumped the gun. I was going off a “Breaking News” but on the LegalAF podcast this morning. Now, after reading your thread and McAfee’s ruling, it seems like the judge threw Willis a bone. “Let’s tighten this up so they don’t get acquitted.”
