      You may mean ‘mashallah’? I think that one is the past tense, like ‘it was Allah’s will’ but used commonly to mean ‘it went well’ (thanks to Allah).

      I don’t think either mashallah or inshallah are used ironically, or at least I haven’t heard them used that way, but I’m not am Arabic speaker so can’t say for sure. I consulted this page which also has an explainer for Alhamdulillah
