creator @[email protected] has been offline longer than they were online. i messaged him a few times and he seemed pretty acquiescent, but i have messaged him since and he hasn’t responded
i only want to fix the sidebar links format, and remove dead ones and redirect some to their new home; and add a banner and icon
i don’t want to replace the original mod though, and will hand the community back if he ever comes back
i don’t know if this is the right place for lemmy.world requests, but i have seen a few others post here. i do have a lemmy.world acct. if that’s easier, but this is the one i’ve used to post on [email protected]
If you can make a post or a comment from your Lemmy.world account, we’ll appoint you. It would be preferable that you use a lemmy.world account to moderate it :)

might i ask why it would be preferable though? i have nothing against l.w (i was very happy w/ just a l.w acct.) but i moved to lemm.ee because i felt it better for the health of the fediverse? surely it’s better to spread the load?
Due to technical issues that aren’t likely to be fixed in the immediate future, using all of the mod tools effectively may not be possible for cross-instance moderators. Your instance would also effect which reports you receive as a mod.
