GYM might be bad advice pre-T unless you adjust your expectations. Definitely great advice for early T. Make sure to learn the forms and warm up before exercising. Keep good diet and sleep. Don’t expect to become Gigachad instantly.

It’s very odd to me that someone would say they were pan/bi if they weren’t. Is that actually something that happens? I literally just don’t understand why.
I don’t personally know if it’s something real or not, but like everything else, I can imagine men doing it as some pretext for gaining access to sex
