Does the info at the bottom mean it’s just taking into account the average amount of years a person spends in school?
That’s what it looks like. Of the UN suggests 12 years of schooling And a country is light green, 75% of people in the country attain 12 years or more and 25% do not.
So this is not going to parse which developed countries have high college or PhD attainment and which are just good at making sure kids get to school and then don’t drop out.
Sure, Russia and Scandinavian education are the same…
