car cities are already like this. you just avoid the cops. they’re already the bad guys and they hate it when people are “loitering” aka relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. which is why any smart person hangs out in tunnels and under bridges.

please legalize loitering and having parks. i would like to see the sun shine again.
