So despite the confirmation last night of a broken ankle and compound fracture it actually wasn’t a compound fracture which is HUGE news. Last I saw they were doing the surgery and would then confirm if it was an ankle break or just a straight tibia/fibula break, with the latter being preferable as it would have a much lower chance of being a career ender. Fingers crossed!

Fantastic turn of events! Looks like it’s just a broken fibula- pretty much the absolute best case scenario!
