    Were they not labled as “18+” as they are here? Why the heck did a kid eat them, then?

      well you see the child simply ignored the warnings on the packet because of being a child and making bad decisions

      I have also heard of cases where children and teenagers have ignored restrictions saying they can’t drink and smoke because they aren’t 18

      At 14, I guarantee you did stupid shit. And at 14, I’m sure you didn’t expect the grocery store to sell you food with fatal amounts of capsaicin in it.

      It was a dumb idea, sure, but he was a fucking child and likely didn’t think it would be legitimately dangerous.
