Donald Trump expressed concern that turning over classified documents after a May 2022 subpoena could result in criminal charges, according to notes reviewed by ABC News.
Judge Aileen Cannon is considering tossing out the notes as evidence.

Cannon might screw up badly enough to get the case taken away (I doubt, I’m sure her handlers are coaching her on exactly what she can get away with), but she’s going to be on this bench until she gets appointed to the supreme court.
