    1. He would probably be impeached and removed, also barred from office.
    2. Whoever actually pulled the trigger/killed Trump is likely facing murder charges.
    3. Biden may be immune for the order criminally.

      Not a chance. The SCOTUS decides what is and isn’t “official,” and 6 of them would determine that this was “not official.”
