I set up an account on Lemm.ee, and tried to turn on 2FA. But at some point, it turned back off. I tried turning it back on, but it seems to want a new token now, and I can’t log into my account anymore.

Just in general, the account settings on Lemm.ee seem to be bugged out. I couldn’t even change my language or add a pfp. I can still use Lemmy just fine with this Lemmy.world account, but I would still like to know what my options are for recovering my Lemm.ee account.
