The earliest he would be charged would be pending the DOJ investigation which is currently ongoing.

Yep. A little while after Grant launched her lawsuit against McMahon and discovery was underway, the US DOJ stepped in and requested Grant’s case be put on hold as they have a pending investigation into McMahon, which was granted by the trial judge. Given the DOJ typically doesn’t go this far unless if they’re ready to crucify you balls-first we’re all just kinda waiting until they eventually announce something lol.
