This is from 1987. Mom’s decent cup of coffee was probably instant Folgers or Yuban. I’ll take the camping percolator over that swill.
Coffee seems like one of the easier things to make while camping given that the only real requirements are boiling water and coffee grounds
Might even be better since you can enjoy it slowly while sitting out in nature instead of chugging it and rushing off to work or errands
Back In the 80s Folgers Crystals was a big thing. It’s not very good compared to the French press camp stove setups that are common now.
I feel fortunate that both of my parents were similarly enthusiastic about camping.
