That’s how I felt the day after a night shift.
Sometimes it’s even a negative value, go figure.
Those commentors seem to never been without those privileges. It can very very exhausting to live/ work wothout any breaks at all for years.
It could be that or it could be, that they’ve just overworked and burned out. I can relate to being burnt out and not have any proper breaks from work, for years. It is exhausting in both ways. It could be that they’re just making a joke.
