Xpeng could join other Chinese EV makers, including BYD and Chery, trying to use local production to minimize the effect of EU tariffs.

Just corpo speak for “where we can squeeze the employees the hardest”.

So a good litmus test… if this company shows up near you, you need better labor laws.
