Windows is the only operating system I’ve used that I’ve never had this problem with before.

Definitely After Effects for the second one, but I’m lost on the first one?? Visual Studio was my first thought; but I’m assuming it’s video editing software. Vegas Pro is the only video editor I can even think of that starts with a V???
Probably not the game you’re thinking; but my first thought was it looked like a place from Hollow Knight
on Memmy and the spoiler is rendering fine for me
I was one of those mole people for a while before I made the jump to Reddit, and it was equally bizarre to me as an Imgur user that other Imgur users would get mad about all the Reddit content there. Like… that’s the whole POINT of this place isn’t it??
“Haha, so true”, I think to myself, as I sit and stare at my phone
Thanks now I have to go watch that video again lol
Sounds like Lemmy was hacked somehow last night, and their fix for it involved invalidating everyone’s user credentials, so you’ve basically gotta log out and log back in.
I don’t think there’s a way to log out in Memmy, so what worked for me was going to accounts -> change account settings -> edit account and then just clicking “save” without actually editing anything. I’ve seen several others say it worked for them too, so maybe give that a try.
Eh I just don’t use laptops very often really. Most everything I do is on my desktop with a normal mouse.
I miss those little nub-mouse-things! I still to this day haven’t gotten completely used to using the touchpads that laptops come with these days.
I was curious how long it’d be before someone did something like this. The wires and components in Terraria seemed a lot more sophisticated than the Redstone in Minecraft to me, and I’ve seen some crazy shit done in Minecraft.
From the outside looking in, the whole model seemed needlessly complicated. So it’s like there’s a LOT of reddit.coms over here? But they’re all the same? But also different? What’s the difference? Which one do I sign up on?
But then I get here and realized it doesn’t really matter that much, since you can more or less use all of them regardless of which one you sign up for.
Something about the way users try to communicate what Lemmy/Fediverse IS, is the complicated part. It’s like everyone wants to jump straight to the more technical details behind how the model works; which probably scares off a lot of the people who just want a place to pop in and talk about their hobbies.
What’s a fuck feather
