Cool. I’ll check them out.
That sounds like a book I’d be interested in. Thank you for sharing it with me.
I’m not sure how you want your learning sessions, but I just use ChatGPT for a project I had and it explains everything with the code to work from
I wonder who crossed the line first
Thanks. I just hope the weather gets better in Florida by next week.
I just finished creating a chatbot trained off Microsoft’s dialogpt, and it felt really weird talking to it. I asked it if it had any plans and it responded with going to the beach in the south of France. I then shut it off.
It just felt weird to talk to it and hearing its response. Yes, there was a 3 sec delay, but I think I’ll just put it aside for now.
Besides that, everything else has been going well. I’ll be heading on vacation next week to see NASA’s rocket launch to Europa.
Cool. I wasn’t sure. Thank you.
Wise words to live by
Sorry, but I wish I knew. Apparently, Big Bend has the most species of birds of all the national parks. I really wanted to know the species of the bird by my campsite because it was a white bird with what looked like a pink baseball cap on it’s head. I don’t know, but if I was a coach on bird baseball team, that’d be my lead.
Yea. That was the end of the Window trail. I wasn’t planning on doing it since my main reason for going was to relax, but the couple that was passing me on a different trail told me it was easy with a nice view at the end, so I went.
I went on two other short trails during my time there and that was it. I don’t plan on going back, but thank you for your suggestions. Maybe someone else will try those out.
Here’s Tiesto’s Adagio for Strings with a live orchestra
No. There’s just a dammed river nearby and it just rained yesterday. I was on the fence about going, due to the mud, but it wasn’t that bad.
I also saw three deer cross the path a quarter way up the trail, which was nice.
Thanks
Thanks
Not much. Just went grocery shopping and relaxed in the pool. It’s been raining for the past two weeks, but today was sunny, and it was perfect. I don’t know what I’ll do tomorrow, since there’s a chance of rain, but if it’s still sunny when I wake up, I’ll head on the new trail by my place.
I also liked what you were listening to. Jazz is underrated imo.
I’d rather shoot glitter for the most awkward moments
Form my perspective, if they can strategize maximizing income, that will eventually lead to them getting a job. I don’t carry cash, which is why I take them to eat, but when I do, I just didn’t know where it would go.
If what you’re saying is true, I’ll then reconsider.
I’m on the fence about giving money to homeless people on the streets, but am all for donating to / volunteering for organizations that help them.
My reason starts with how organized and strategic they can be. For example, I was waiting at a bus stop downtown and there were three homeless people planning out which intersections they were splitting to next and how they were going to divide the total afterwards.
Second example in downtown. There’s a guy begging for food in the mall, so I take him to the nearest food stand, we both order a meal, and eat at a table. He was talking about his plan to get off the streets and all and went back to refill his drink after eating. During that time, I went to the cashier for something and she told me he’s with a few others that come back pretty regularly. When we get back to the table, he then tells me that he needs $10 for a place to stay for the night and then leads me to the nearest atm. Once we’re there, I tell him everything the cashier told me and he doesn’t say anything with an “ok you caught me look”. I still give him the money even though he knows that I know he’ll be back doing the same thing.
I know this is is not the case for all homeless people, such as the meal I had with one with mental disabilities, but it’s a mixed bag. Just do what you can and don’t feel bad if you can’t.
Thanks
