I think this question has been raised a few times here and I’m not aware of any “guide for dummies”.
Self-hosting is a wide topic and most of the knowledge is spread across the internet. I’d recommend going to communities like the one you just posted on, reading wikis and learning how to efficiently find information on the web. Most of the knowledge I accumulated over the years come from so many different places so I can’t think of a centralized knowledge base.
If you really want to have a handbook you can refer to you’ll have to write it yourself with your experience about your specific setup and environment.

I have a windows 10 gaming rig hooked to my TV, which I only power up for gaming. I figured out it was a good compromise to install windows on this one instead of dealing with Nvidia issues and other tweaks on linux, even though I dual-booted bazzite and boot it every now and then to see if I can play my games on it and motivate myself into switching.

Je comprends les bas-votes pour la manière un peu maladroite dont c’est amené et le titre un peu extrême, mais en lisant tout l’article on comprend que c’est pas aux personnes équipées de quéquettes qu’il s’attaque mais à la construction sociale de la masculinité.
Cela dit il laisse sous-entendre que cette construction est embrassée par 100% des hommes et ça je suis pas d’accord. J’admet qu’il y a du chemin à faire et que même ceux qui pensent être déconstruits à 100% se trompent souvent, mais la place de la virilité dans l’éducation et bien moindre qu’autrefois, au point que j’aime à penser qu’une part des hommes ne s’y identifie plus du tout.
Selon moi cette part-là ne voit pas de rapport de domination et ne pourra pas dériver vers cette extrême-là.

Standing desks have never been promoting standing all day imo, the title is pure clickbait. Standing desks are good for your health, just use them correctly.

J’avais envie de regarder un film bizarre et un peu amateur type Kung Fury, et sur les recommandations d’internet j’ai regardé The Velocipastor. Eh beh j’ai été agréablement surpris, je m’attendais à un mauvais nanar mais en fait la réalisation est vraiment intéressante et l’humour est génial, ils jouent un peu sur le fait qu’il y a zéro moyens et c’est très très marrant. Je recommande aux gens qui veulent voir un nanar intéressant.
J’ai aussi regardé le court-métrage Stutterer, excellent sous tous les points.
En séries j’ai regardé la saison 2 de Marvel’s Hit Monkey, vraiment pas aussi bonne que la première… Sans spoil ils rajoutent des trucs plus ou moins paranormaux qui selon moi étaient pas du tout nécessaires et cassent un peu la cohérence de l’univers (ça converge vers Marvel quoi). La fin de saison est très cool mais on se serait passés de quelques personnages et arcs quand même.
