It’s one thing if the post is a daily “Hey, I have an Only Fans!” and quite another if it’s relevant content and the user links their Only Fans in their profile or the comment body.
If you’d expect others to approve the content if you had been the one to post it, don’t report it.
Looks like report reasons are all plaintext. Is that something you can change? A drop-down would be easier to work with: Make “Account has an Onlyfans” a reason, and then ignore those reports.
