Researching near death experiences (NDEs) helped me a ton with this. It’s anecdotal evidence so it’s weak but if you stack it all up from across history and cultures it starts to paint a fuzzy picture. I don’t think death means non existence anymore. We don’t fully understand what awaits us but from what little I’ve heard, it’s a very nice place we go to.

This dude is reaching soooo hard to make it sound sinister. I thought it was just a cute lesson about the importance of vaccination. I don’t know what they were saying but it was pretty clear what the message was based on the animations. The kid was scared of the needle and wanted to skip it, but was shown a lesson about what germs can do and how important it is to have immunity. Then he decides to toughen up and get the shot. This is literally a good thing to show to children???

I agree with you, because Israel is a settler-colonialist fascist genocidal apartheid state, and does not have the right to exist. It is indefensible. I don’t think you can have a “non zionist” Israel, if that happened then it would be a totally different state.

I think a lot of the “NEET” (that might be a 4chan term sry) and “living in mom’s basement” types are this, and if you don’t have that sort of privilege, probably a lot of homelessness :/

I’m in a similar situation and I don’t think I can mentally handle work, so I’m trying to convince my family to let me be a kind of house spouse or something (which I will also probably kinda suck at but at least I will be somewhat useful instead of just doing nothing and endlessly failing at being a wage slave?)

It’s really amazing, I was “fine” (looking back:not really) all throughout school because I got such good grades, all the adults hyping me up making it sound like I’m gonna “go places”. I literally cannot function lol. I am perpetually burnt out all the time just from existing.

If not for the pity and generosity of my mother, I would likely be homeless. I’m sorry, I wish I had advice. I read somewhere that 80% of autistic people are unemployed. Idk how accurate that is, but given how hard it is for us to keep up with the NTs, I wouldn’t be surprised.

Saying that she pushed the democratic party leftward makes no sense when Biden is continuing Trump’s policies.

She at least recognizes the immigration thing isn’t “at the border” and is a result of foreign policy, but like, that foreign policy is sorta baked into the imperialist capitalist system so I’m not sure what she expects to be done…? You can’t reform a government that’s built to be this way.

Yeah I initially got a compsci degree (while very lib/not caring) thinking this will be the thing that is easiest to do while making a comfortable amount of money to survive (already hated capitalism before I knew what it was).

Turns out it’s not even easy, it’s ridiculously competitive now. Then, as I learned more, I started to hate it. 90% of jobs here are either: Raytheon/Lockheed shit, or health insurance (let’s create a way to deny your claims with x% more efficiency!)

That plus my significant issues (might be autistic or something) means I might just give up on work entirely.

I don’t watch Friends, and one time I got really high and it was on TV and nothing was funny and it was making me freak out so much. Why is this funny??? What is happening?? Oh God did I break my brain?

Then I saw some of it sober and was like oh, this actually isn’t funny, I was right.

I used to work in a nursing home and… yeah. :/

Why would it take such a long time for a country to join this group? Is there a strict requirement?

(Actually, I’m not sure what this group is for other than a “bloc” that isn’t the West (??). Like is this for trade agreements and stuff? Military alliances? Idk)
