I wouldn’t be able to afford my meds if my Dr required me to have routine visits before putting refills in. I can afford either the co-pays for visits, or meds. Not both.

I’m sure there are many who won’t admit it out of embarrassment.

I’m recently divorced, following a 17 year marriage (and 20 year relationship). 15 of those years were wonderful. COVID, having a child, and then Trump changed everything. I got radicalised, my then spouse wanted to not think about politics because it depressed her. She got tired of me.

Anyone else feel like they shouldn’t bother with a partner? I’m too opinionated, feel very (I’ve been told too much) strongly about things and express as much. I’m also an introvert, tired all the time, and somewhat of a curmudgeon.

I’m good looking and funny. I don’t have trouble with dating. Beginning to think I shouldn’t bother getting into anything serious. Kind of just want to be alone.

My fervent wish is for he and the Clintons, Obamas, and their ilk to go away. They are awful. Wrong over and over again. Why the fuck would anyone take them seriously anymore?

Just don’t play competitive multiplayer games. Is the occasional rush of the win worth all of the frustration? I play only SP and co-op now.

My thinking is thermobaric MOABs. Trump loves his big bombs. He used one in Afghanistan for the hell of it.

On #2 I’m pretty sure Trump will provide and let the entity use even bigger bombs, and more of them. He just wants them to “finish” the job. The Dems want the same, but they want it done slowly so that people stop paying attention and move onto other things.

And that change? Kamala Harris.

“Joy” and “You won’t have to think about politics” does not a vision make. Your average voter wants a vision for the future, even though they know it’s a lie. Wheeling out establisment republicans ( of whom most liberals viscerally hated in the 00’s) doesn’t get out the vote? Who could have guessed? Why vote for republican lite when you can vote for the “real” thing? Misogyny and racism also played a role, no doubt about that.
